When can the Gift Card be used?
The Gift Card can be used every day, except during organised evenings and closing times.

Is reservation mandatory?
Yes, reservations are required. When the owner receives the Gift Card, he/she can contact the restaurant to make the reservation at least 1 day in advance.

What to do in case of cancellation?
Cancellation of the reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance if the date of use coincides with the weekend.

When can I use the Gift Card?
The Gift Card can be used within 6 months from the date of issue.

Is the menu editable? In case of allergies and intolerances, what can I do?
The menu is NOT modifiable. In case of particular allergies or intolerances, it is necessary to report them at the time of booking: in this way the staff will be able to propose an alternative solution.

Are there any other things I should know?
The Gift Card cannot be converted into cash and does not entitle you to change.
